How do I choose a finish?
Solid colours give you a full-colour look. Jelly creates a translucent effect, Neon brings bright colour, Disco adds sparkle and Cat Eye offers a magnetic effect. Browse the shade guide to compare the ranges.
Will the colour look exactly like my screen?
Lighting, application and screen settings can change the way a shade appears. Our shade guide uses MEROO’s supplied colour references to help you compare, but a screen cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
Does gel polish need a curing lamp?
Follow the directions on your product label and use the compatible curing lamp specified for your gel system. Gel polish should not be treated as an air-drying nail lacquer.
How should I use a Cat Eye shade?
Use a compatible nail magnet to shape the effect before curing, following the product label and your gel system’s application instructions.
Where can I see shipping charges?
Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
How do I track my order?
Open the order-status link in your confirmation email, or sign in to your account to view your order details. Tracking appears when it becomes available.
What is the return window?
The return window is 7–14 days after delivery. Contact MEROO with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
